Member states of the global coalition against ISIS have confirmed that free and fair parliamentary and presidential elections in Libya would strengthen the capacity of state institutions to impose security and stability in the county.
During their meeting in Morocco, which included representatives from 54 countries, Libyan envoy expressed gratitude at the readiness of the global coalition to support Libya in the fight against ISIS, calling for the need to include Libya in the list of countries targeted for reconstruction plans.
