A girl was killed and her brother was seriously wounded in the head when a random shell fell on their house in the neighbourhood of Al-Hadhba district in Tripoli, yesterday, the Field Medicine and Support Center has confirmed.
The center added that two other people were injured in addition to material damage caused to houses and cars in the street.
The casualties received first aid at the center and were later transferred to the hospital to complete their treatment.
