The Director of Ghat Hospital Hamed Hammadi said they have sent the samples of people suffering from acute diarrhoea, which caused the death of two children and the illness of hundreds to the Communicable Diseases Centre in Tripoli to identify the causes of the disease, pointing out that the sampling results will be ready in a couple of days.
Hammadi clarified in a press statement that the treatment gave positive results and that most cases have shown great response after recovery.
He also added that the death cases during the last two weeks were due to the neglect of the patients' families, according to him.
