German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza disclosed Wednesday, that his country is consulting with key international partners to prepare for a "meaningful" international conference on the Libyan crisis, which will take place during this Autumn.

Owcza added in a tweet that his country shares views with other international partners that new efforts are required to achieve stability in Libya, on the basis of the plan presented by the UN representative to Libya, Ghassan Salame.
