German Ambassador to Libya Oliver Owcza reviewed Thursday with Misurata Municipal Council and the city's MPs and members of the High Council of State, his country's efforts to consolidate the international community's perceptions on the political solution to the Libyan crisis.
During his visit to Misurata, Owcza emphasized the importance of benefiting from the programs of the German GIZ organization in establishing the concept of good local governance and instilling public confidence in municipalities, in addition to Germany's desire to bring about the widest possible collaboration on the economic level in the city.
