The German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, announced the expansion of the joint local governance support program, jointly implemented by Germany and the European Union (EU), to Tobruk, Benghazi and six further municipalities in eastern Libya, with full support of the German Foundation for Development and International Cooperation.
Owcza said on his Twitter account that the German Foundation for Development and International Cooperation will support capacity building, and strengthening the economy and health management in the eight municipalities.
