The head of the Information Office in the municipality of Qayqab in eastern Libya stated that the Mayor of the municipality, Ali Agribea, held discussions with officials of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) on the establishment of a gas recycling plant in the municipality.
Agribea added that officials of the NOC did confirm that initial contracting procedures were with an international company to supply and install the factory, and that the municipality has allocated a land area of 24 hectares for the factory.
