A gang that had been on the run for looting a drug company has been arrested by Souq Al-Jum'aa police.
According to a statement by the Tripoli Security Directorate on Saturday, the gang broke into the company's warehouse in Souq Al-Jum'aa and managed to get away with health equipment worth 88,000 Libyan dinars.
The Investigation led to the conviction of one of the workers in the company. He confessed to given the burglars, information to help them break into the store.
The police recovered around 11 absurdly pricey medical devices and referred the perpetrators to the concerned authorities to face the due process of the law, according to the statement.
