The G7 leaders called in their final communique of the annual gathering of the G7 nations in Biarritz of France on Monday for an international conference involving all key players at the local and regional levels on Libya, according to the Twitter account of the French embassy in Libya.

The top world leaders reiterated their support for the truce proposed by the UN envoy to Libya and to progress to a permanent ceasefire that will pave the way for a political solution as a guarantor of stability in Libya.

The summit also featured support for the efforts of the United Nations and the African Union to establish a Libyan-Libyan conference to solve the crisis.
