The head of the Information Office of the Brega Oil Marketing Company, Adel Ben Dardaf, attributed on Sunday the fuel crisis in the eastern region to the strike of truck drivers.

In a press statement, Ben Dardaf said that the truck drivers have gone on strike since the first of October, demanding payment of their salaries in cash and not through bank cheques.

The director assured that the fuel is available in the fuel depots of the company, indicating that they are working to resolve the crisis as soon as possible.
