Libya’s oil vessel Anwar Libya arrived in Benghazi port coming from Tripoli port for the first time since 2014 as it was shut over the war in Benghazi between Haftar’s forces and Benghazi Shura Council.
The vessel was laden with 13.000 tons of fuel to help alleviate the shortage in east Libya due to the strike of tank trucks’ drivers.
