France to reopen embassy in Libya

France's Ambassador to Libya Beatrice du Hellene announced that her country is to reopen its embassy in Libya by this year.

The French ambassador said during a meeting with the Minister of Economy and Industry Ali Issawi that the reopening of the embassy in Tripoli will contribute to the rapid return of French companies and trade between Libya and France.

For his part, Issawi promised to provide all possible facilities for the French companies to function from Libya.
