The former UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame, said that he is confident that all Libyans will turn the page against confrontation and move their country along the path of stability.

Salame wrote in a tweet on his Twitter account that after the great progress which has been made in the military and economic tracks, the Libyans are finally meeting in Tunis to begin their all-important political dialogue.”

“I hope that they have the courage and wisdom to unite their words, in order to turn a new page from fighting and enter the pathway of peace, prosperity and stability in their country, and I am confident that they are on the edge of doing so”. He added.
