Aljmail town, west of Tripoli, hosted Monday its first exhibition for olive oil, under the supervision of the agricultural and livestock farming sector in the city, and with the participation of the Export Development Center of the Ministry of Economy.

The two-day exhibition drew a wide turnout of farmers from all over Libya who presented their oil olive products.

The event was also an opportunity for small, medium-sized entrepreneurs seeking to expand their businesses.

According to the latest FAO report, Libya was ranked 11th among the world in terms of olive production
