Clashes renewed Saturday afternoon between Marada Brigade of Dignity Operation led by Khalifa Haftar and gunmen believed to be from IS terror groups.
Three of Dignity Operation fighters and one gunman were killed on the Marada-Zallah road, according to eyewitnesses.
The Brigade also reported that the clashes erupted as it was scouring the area nearby Dahra oilfield, explaining that it clashes with the same gunmen on Friday.
