Head of UN-proposed Presidency Council (PC) Fayaz Sirraj called on Friday for the unification of Petroleum Facilities Guard forces under the control of Libya’s National Oil Corporation to protect oil facilities. He also called all other forces in the oil crescent to pull back to avoid clashes.
Dignity Operation’s Petroleum Facilities Guard denied contacts with the PC to unite PFG forces.
