The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that the ceasefire agreement in Libya is not credible, saying only time will show the strength of its credibility.

Erdogan added in a statement on Friday that the agreement was signed by two different levels, one representing the legitimate Government of National Accord (GNA), and the other side which led a coup in the country, Khalifa Haftar.

He point out that the agreement was reached at a low level and as time passes, its resilience will be tested.

He added that he sincerely hoped that this agreement would be adhered to, questioning the possibility of the withdrawal of Russian mercenaries within three months, as was stipulated in the signed agreement.
