The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC), announced on Tuesday, that Libya had recorded eight new cases, each confirmed with the Coronavirus infection, bringing the total number of people infected in the country to 59.
In a statement posted on its official Facebook page, the center announced that 83 new samples were tested, with a negative result for 75 people, however, it regretted to note that there were eight positive cases recorded, all of whom had been in direct contact with previous COVID-19 patients.
