The House of Representatives (HoR) approved in its session on Monday the tenth constitutional amendment to protect Article 6 of the referendum law adopted by the HoR earlier.

Article 6 provides for dividing the country into three constituencies instead of one, with the requirement that each constituency receives fifty percent + one of the voters to pass the draft constitution.

The HoR also amended the political agreement signed in the city of Skhirat, Morocco, to compose restructure the Presidential Council to include a president and two deputies instead of 9 members.
