Mellitah Oil and Gas Company announced on Sunday, that an Amsterdam court in Holland, made a ruling on Thursday last, invalidating a lawsuit brought by the Pacific Offshore Holdings Company (POSH) against them in an attempt to seize their accounts.
Mellitah stated that the court struck out the case, and said that POSH had no right to seize the bank accounts of Mellitah, after many deliberations the provision of all necessary documentation through top legal representatives.
It is worth noting that POSH is a subcontracting company connected to the main contractor STX, of the Gaza floating storage terminal, according to Mellitah.
