The Minister of Education of the UN proposed government, Osman Abdul Jalil, expressed his deep discontent at the level of neglect of the educational structure in the southern region, after returning from a tour there.
Abdul Jalil confirmed that he met parents, teachers and deans of colleges from all different sides of the spectrum who showed him the level of their suffering.
The minister said he would call on the government to set up a special fund called the Fund for the Reconstruction of the Education System in the South and assign specialized committees to coordinate with the people of the south to rebuild the system and raise the efficiency and quality of teachers.
