Dignity Operation forces arrested the commander of the third base factory in Benghazi Colonel Ali Al-Shikhi over charges of “violations at work” such as ordering armed vehicles to move without authorization.
A source close to Al-Shikhi family said the colonel was summoned by Haftar’s general command on August 05 and afterward he was banned from leaving the general command’s building under the pretext of interrogation.
He as then transferred to military police prison in Kuwifiya along with three officers under his leadership, who all were tortured, the source added, saying he is in jail despite being innocent and no evidence was provided against him.
