The Department of Wounded in Tripoli urged the director of Ali Omar Askar hospital in Sabiya district to instruct medical and paramedical staff of the hospital to report to duty immediately.
"The department had noticed during its visit to the hospital the absence of medical and assistance staff in the hospital, leaving patients without any medical care," the Department of Wounded said on Facebook.
It also added that some patients had to be transferred to other clinics for treatment, at its expense.
