The Department of Traffic and Licensing called on car drivers to take extra precautions when travelling in the main roads and sub-roads throughout the country and to stay away from the roads close to the valleys, for the possibility of air fluctuations that might result in heavy rain.
The fluctuations are expected to hit the western region on Wednesday.
The ministry also urged, on Facebook, motorists to follow traffic rules, in order to stay safe
