The Department of Passports and Nationality received Sunday, a shipment of machine-readable passport materials.
"The shipment arrived via Mitiga Airport as the first of several batches that will arrive respectively, with the aim to end the problem of passports," Ministry of Interior clarified.
The Ministry pointed out that all branches and offices of the Passports and Nationality Department will be activated in the near future to facilitate the obtaining of passports to citizens who have not yet receive one.
