Prime Minister-designate, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, arrived in Tobruk on Friday, directly from Egypt, on an official visit to eastern Libya, his first since being elected at the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF), in Geneva.
Dbeibah met with the Speaker of Tobruk-based House of Representatives (HoR), Aqila Saleh, discussing with him the latest developments in the formation of the new government.
He also met with a number of other HoR members, mayor of Tobruk municipality and various other officials.
