The First Vice President of the Sovereignty Council in Sudan, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, reiterated the urgent necessity for all mercenaries in Libya to leave, saying any Sudanese national present there without official permission from the Libyan authorities will be considered as mercenary.
Dagalo stressed, during his meeting with the Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, who is presently conducting an official visit to Niger, the significance of positive cooperation between Libya and Sudan in all fields, particularly security and the protection of the border.
He added that in light of recent reconciliation between the Sudanese government and its opposition, all and any individual connected to the opposition can and should return to Sudan without fear of retribution.
