The Court of First Instance of Sabha has cancelled the ruling stating the invalidity of local government elections in Sabha this year.

Judge Ibrahim Mahfouz has overturned the ruling of three cases out of the four, brought before the court, given that each circuit is only entitled to consider no more than three files, according to the law.

It is noteworthy that the municipal council elections of Sabha, which took place on April 27, have witnessed appeals, resulting in a judicial ruling to cancel the electoral process.
