Tripoli Municipal Council warned that there are underlying dangers at the maritime Corniche area due to a leak found in a protective metal layer underground.
The council called for a halt to traffic of vehicles on the Corniche as well as the funfair in an effort to protect the lives of citizens.
The Municipal Council issued a warning to all citizens to stay away from the funfair at all costs demanding that security authorities intervene and take all legal precautions and measures to protect the lives of citizens.
