The telecommunications company, Hatif Libya, has announced the return of telecommunication services to the western mountain region after a three-day interruption.
The company stated on their official Facebook page that its engineers completed maintenance work on the damaged fibre optic cable, which caused interruption in all telephone and internet services, in addition to bank systems.
