Libya Telecom Company, Hatif Libya, announced the return of telephone services as well as services of the mobile phone company Madar to the whole southern region starting from the town of Abugrain.
The company announced yesterday that the main cable between Misrata and Abugrain was cut due to deliberate sabotage, resulting in the severing of communications in southern towns and cities.
