Commander of Tripoli Military Zone, Abdul Basit Marwan, has said that Haftar's targeting of civilians constitutes a clear violation of the laws of war and aims to demoralise Tripoli's population, calling on those fighting with him to stop their aggression against their brothers and join the Libyan army forces.
"The army is now more organized and better equipped," Marwan said, noting that they have captured non-Libyan fighters and are all being treated well, in accordance with international norms and laws, according to the Media Centre of the Volcano of Rage Operation.
