A patrol boat of the Libyan Coast Guard rescued 38 illegal migrants 20 miles off the coast of Qarabulli town, east Tripoli, on Monday.

The media office of Libyan Navy said the migrants’ boat broke down four hours after leaving the shore at around 10 pm.

The rescued migrants are from Egypt, Nigeria, Guinea, Niger, Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire.
