Several civilians, including children, were injured in unprovoked firing and shelling by Haftar's militias on the Hadhaba area, south of Tripoli, on Friday, Mayor of Abu Salim, Abdul Rahman Al-Hamidi has said.

The attack created panic among the residents of the targeted area, while seemed to be unsure whether to flee their neighbourhood or stay at home due to coronavirus measures, Al-Hamidi added.

Haftar's militias also targeted on Friday neighborhoods in the Souq Al-Juma'a area, east of Tripoli, with a barrage of shells and Grad rockets.
