The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Saddek Elkaber discussed with the Director of the World Bank in the Maghreb, Middle East and North Africa Marie Francoise Marie-Nelly and World Bank representative to Libya Michael Schaeffer, the economic reform program and macroeconomic indicators for 2018.
The meeting focused on key financial arrangements for 2019, in addition to following-up the World Bank projects in Libya in the health and energy sectors.
Elkaber has discussed in a further meeting Tuesday with Ambassador of France to Libya, cooperation in the field of training and qualifying the human cadres of the banking sector.
