The Ministry of Health handed over two desalination plants to the National Cardiology Center in Tajoura, as the center lacked such services for a while.
The two stations, provided by Tripoli's Sea Port, will hopefully lead to better services and help the centre overcome vital problems it has been suffering for several years.
The hospital's infrastructure has been damaged by the severe water salinity, which led to the erosion of the water network and medical equipment. The centre has conducted several repairs, but to no avail, a statement by the centre said.
