The Prime Minister-designate, Fathi Bashagha, has reiterated his support for efforts aiming at boosting national unity and maintaining stability in Libya.

These remarks came in a meeting for Bashagha with the British ambassador, Caroline Hurndall. Bashagha said that they had discussed the importance of UK’s cooperation with Libya in strategic planning.

Bashagha told his supporters in a meeting last Month that he would boycott the British embassy and wouldn't meet with British ambassador or other diplomats as he accused them of supporting PM Abdul Hamid Dbiebah.
