The Office of the Attorney General issued orders to imprison the former head of the Civil Aviation Authority, along with the Director of the Aviation Safety Department, on charges of abusing his powers and position for the benefit of others and the charge of forgery.

Some days ago the office ordered the imprisonment of the Deputy Director General of the Executive Authority for Special Aviation and the imprisonment of the financial controller of medical supplies, having accused them of committing an offence.

These decisions came within the framework of the operation launched by the office to inspect the work of bodies, ministries and institutions to combat the occurrence of administrative and financial corruption in state agencies.
