The Arab Organization for Human Rights (AOHR) in Britain has reported that more than 17 citizens were killed, including children, and about 30 others wounded since the start of the aggression on Derna.

The AOHR explained Tuesday that more than 1800 families have been displaced as a result of indiscriminate targeting of civilian areas, warning of the use of militias for lethal unguided weapons during the war on Derna, which is considered a war crime that requires accountability, according to the statement.

The human rights group also clarified that a campaign of arbitrary arrests of activists and preachers was launched by Dignity Operation forces in parts of the city seized by them, pointing out that the abductees were transferred to the notorious Qarnada prison, located south of the city of Shahhat.
