The Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Aqila Saleh, has discussed with the French envoy to Libya, Paul Soler, the constitutional process and the holding of presidential and parliamentary elections.
The French envoy stressed the priority of Libya's sovereignty, the importance of completing the constitutional base and holding presidential and parliamentary elections according to the desire of the Libyans, the French embassy tweeted.
