Presidential Council (PC) member, Mohamed Ammari held discussions on Monday, with the Italian Ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Boccino, on political and military developments on the ground in Libya.

The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Government of National Accord (GNA) in Tripoli and included talks on the return of Italian companies to resume their activities in various sectors.

According to a statement issued by the Information Department of the GNA on its official Facebook page on Thursday, Buccino also met with the Vice-President of the PC, Ahmed Maiteeq, when the two held discussions on cooperation in setting up a number of projects for the establishment of military hospitals in Libya.
