A member of the Presidential Council (PC), Mohamed Amari Zayed held discussions on Monday with the German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, on methods of cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the need for united efforts on the part of all Libyans to pass this stage, reaffirming support for the clear road map which has been prepared.

At the meeting, discussions also took place regarding the preparation for launching the second Local Administration Forum, due to be held in early December, which is aimed at strengthening decentralization in Libya and unify all efforts of the players involved in this matter.
