Al-Zawiya Security Directorate announced in a meeting on Sunday the establishment of an office for the protection of women's rights under the name of the Women's Affairs Unit.
The Directorate explained on Facebook, that the Women's Affairs Unit will be headed by a woman officer, reaffirming that the Unit will be ready by the end of this week after the adoption of its structure and program of work.
The Interior Ministry of the Presidential Council (PC), announced last week the establishment of a child and family protection office in all its security departments.
