Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Hussein Al-Qatrani has postponed his visit to Russia, which was scheduled on January 18, accompanied by the Ministers of Oil and Gas, Health and Planning, for three days, saying that it was at the request of the Prime Minister.
The Libyan delegation will discuss with Russian officials the issue of postponing the elections and the withdrawal of foreign forces and mercenaries from the country, according to the Russian TASS news agency.
