Al-Naweri elected Vice-President of Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network for African Group

First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representative, Fawzi Al-Naweri has been elected as Vice-President of Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network for African Group, during the Network’s conference held in the Azerbaijani capital Baku, according to Parliament Spokesman Abdullah Belihaq.

The conference activities also witnessed the election of the Speaker of the Azerbaijani National Council, Sahiba Gavarova as Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement Parliamentary Network for the European Community, the election of the Vice-President of the Palestine National Council, Ali Faisal as the Vice-President for the Asian Group, and the election of the Vice-President of the Venezuelan Parliament Vanessa Lopez as Vice-President for the Latin American Group.
