The Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, reviewed with the President of the High National Electoral Commission (HNEC), Emad al-Sayeh, the commission's program of work during a phone call on Thursday.
The discussions touched upon the preparations for a potential constitutional referendum, stressing the need to accomplish this entitlement as soon as possible, a statement by the HCS media office said on Facebook.
They also reviewed the needs of the electoral commission and stressed the importance of providing all support to ensure that any electoral process is carried out in a free and correct manner, according to the HCS media office
