The Head of the Libyan High Council of State, Khalid Al-Mishri, said Wednesday that the current electoral process lacks success fundamentals, both legal and administrative.

In talks with the outgoing Head of UNSMIL, Jan Kubis, in Tripoli, regarding presidential and parliamentary elections, Al-Mishri said the High Council of State believes these elections "won't reach their final destination, which is results' acceptance and power circulation."

Al-Mishri added that these elections will have lots of bumps and hurdles, saying the High Council of State is working on finding solutions to such problems in order to hold credible and agreeable elections that lead to stability.
