The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, met on Thursday, with the Algerian Foreign Minister, Ramadan Lamamra and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the Algerian ambassador to Libya, at the HCS's headquarters in Tripoli.

The two sides discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them in various fields, as well as the Algerian positive role in resolving the Libyan crisis.

The meeting saw a discussion about the elections to be held next December, in addition to the outcomes of Libya Stability Conference, which was held in Tripoli, as they stressed the need to support it to achieve stability for Libya, and the region in general.
