Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush on Monday reviewed the political developments in Libya with the UN Special Adviser, Stephanie Williams.

A statement by the Foreign Ministry said Al-Manqoush praised Williams' efforts in pushing the political process towards success.

According to the same source, the UN Rep. briefed Al-Manqoush on the outcomes of her recent visits to European capitals, and the consultations held in Cairo on April 18, by the House of Representatives and the High Council of State joint committee.

The two sides also reviewed the ongoing meetings concerning the path to parliamentary and presidential elections and the efforts to conduct them under constitutional norms as soon as possible.
