The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Najla Al-Manqoush, participated on Friday, in the 3rd Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit's Foreign Ministers meeting.
"I was honored to represent Libya and the Government of National Unity to participate in the Ministerial Meeting of the 3rd Summit of the Turkey-Africa Partnership, to discuss challenges and common benefit in all fields”, Al-Manqoush said in a tweet.
The Summit was launched under the slogan "Enhanced Partnership for Common Development and Prosperity”, under the auspices of the Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
